Italian singer-songwriter CARMEN brings her multifaceted music to the stage together
with her band. With her debut album “Kill the Small-Town Girl”, she demonstrated how
pop music can thrive on versatility. The eleven songs on the album, all written, arranged
and produced by herself, offer an intimate glimpse into her inner world – between fears
and longings, joys and dreams.
CARMEN is currently moving towards a new artistic chapter: a new album is in the
making, and her live repertoire already features many new songs that point towards a
natural evolution of her sound and songwriting.
Stylistically, CARMEN defies easy categorization: elements of R&B;, indie, jazz, rock and
singer-songwriter music merge into a distinctive sound, carried by a voice that is as
versatile as it is unique. With profound lyrics and a musical style in constant motion,
CARMEN creates a listening experience that truly gets under the skin.
Since moving to Berlin in 2022, CARMEN now presents her music live in an authentic,
emotional and captivating way.

Nuwe Lewe is an Afrikaans expression meaning “new life.” With this name, the trio, composed of tenor saxophone, double bass, and drums, wants to evoke a journey outside of urban life and everyday routine, with the intention of reestablishing an authentic connection with nature in its purest forms.

Their music is minimalist and characterized by free improvisation, intended as a means of exploring new sonic horizons: the melodies are essential and intertwine with intense rhythmic grooves whose repetition creates a profound ritualistic character. Music is a way to rediscover those precious details that are often ignored in the hustle and bustle of everyday life: sounds, words, colors, and landscapes, long neglected, can be renewed and regain a whole new life.
